Email support@pulseuk.app. Use a clear subject and enough context for us to route the request. The same address covers product, privacy, consultancy, partnership, and media questions.

Your Axiom portal is the starting point for Pulse, Connect and Veritas. Sign in, choose an organisation and open a product.
The portal also links to your workspace, billing and account settings. These controls open the existing management screens for your account. Some workspace and billing actions require an admin role.
Product access belongs to the selected organisation. Check that you have chosen the right workspace, then ask your organisation admin to confirm your access.
If you expect access but a product is still unavailable, contact support with your account email, organisation name and product. Signing in alone does not change your organisation’s product access.
Open the Axiom portal and use your Axiom account. After you authenticate, choose Pulse, Connect, or Veritas. Each product keeps its own session.
If sign-in loops or drops you on an access error, see No access and Unable to load access.
A Pulse workspace belongs to an organisation. Personal is one named user. Team allows up to five users with member invites and admin controls. Organisation allows up to twenty users with organisation billing. Enterprise is custom.
If you land in the wrong workspace, switch organisation before you read a number. Invites come from an admin on that organisation — we cannot add you to someone else’s workspace from a public email without the admin’s involvement.
Pulse is your research workspace at terminal.pulseuk.app. Sign in with your Axiom account and choose your organisation.
It brings public records, constituency context, and Parliament activity into one place so a team can see what moved, inspect sources, and produce a brief with citations, assumptions, and limitations still attached.
Public pages never expose private workspace data. Read the product overview.
Start at account creation or pricing. Personal, Team, and Organisation plans can be purchased from checkout. Enterprise is arranged with us.
You need an Axiom account plus membership in an organisation. Complete checkout for a new workspace, or accept an invitation from an existing workspace admin.
Briefs are decision records for the room: what changed, why it matters, what is safe to say, and what happens next. They are meant to keep sources, dates, assumptions, and limitations inspectable rather than flattening them into a confident paragraph.
Treat a brief as a reviewable argument, not as an official statistic. Check the citations before you reuse a sentence elsewhere.
Your Axiom account signed in, but it does not currently have access to any organisation.
Ask an admin on the intended workspace to add you, or email support with the account email you used. Include whether you expected a personal checkout, a team invite, or an existing organisation.
We could not verify your organisation membership. Sign out and back in.
If it keeps happening, email support@pulseuk.app with your Axiom account email and the page URL you opened.
Search the constituency directory, select a seat and follow its Parliament research link.
If the list is empty, that dataset may not be available for your workspace. Email support with the workspace name and the page URL.
Check your filters and the source publication date. If a source is unavailable, retry the view or return to the original record.
If the view stays empty, contact support with the workspace and page URL. See Evidence and limits before drawing conclusions from missing data.
Open the source, date, geography, method, and limitation before a sentence becomes the team’s position. Facts stay separate from interpretation.
Pulse does not replace Parliament’s own record. If a brief and a source disagree, the dated source wins.
Open the Axiom portal, select your organisation and choose Connect. Connect is included with the Organisation plan.
Use Connect to keep your organisation’s contacts, pipeline and outreach together. If a record is missing, check the selected organisation and any filters before contacting support.
Open the Axiom portal, select your organisation and choose Veritas to manage document signing.
If you have been invited to sign a document, use the link in your signing invitation. For questions about the contents of an agreement or its intended recipients, contact the sender.
Check that you are opening the latest invitation and that it was sent to your email address. If the invitation is no longer valid or the details are wrong, ask the sender to review it.
For a technical error, contact support with the page URL and error message. Do not forward a private signing link or attach the agreement to your support email.
Open Sign in and use the password reset option on the sign-in screen.
If you do not receive a reset email, check your spam folder and confirm that you used the email associated with your account. Never send a password to support.
Your workspace is restricted to authorised members of your organisation. Named-user seats are part of the plan you buy.
If you can sign in but cannot see the workspace, you are usually missing membership rather than a password. See No access.
Axiom plans are Personal at £49.99/month for one user, Team at £199.99/month for up to five users, and Organisation at £499.99/month for up to twenty users. Contact us for Enterprise pricing.
Personal is a private workspace with standard support. Team adds invites and admin controls. Organisation adds more seats, Connect and organisation billing. Full comparisons are on pricing.
Paid plans start from pricing or account creation. Create your account, name your workspace, select your plan and review payment details at checkout.
Use the email you want associated with your Axiom account and workspace.
Nothing is charged if you leave checkout before it completes. Start again from pricing when you are ready.
Open the portal and follow Billing to Pulse settings. Select the workspace you want to manage on that screen. If you cannot find the control, email support@pulseuk.app from the account email and say which organisation and plan you mean.
Admins on Team, Organisation, and Enterprise workspaces are the people who should make those changes.
Invoices for self-serve plans are available in Pulse billing. If you cannot see one, email support@pulseuk.app with the account email and approximate charge date.
Enterprise invoicing is arranged as part of that agreement.
Enterprise is a conversation about the seats, product access and commercial requirements your organisation needs. Contact us to agree the scope and pricing.
Email support@pulseuk.app with organisation size, the work Axiom needs to support, and any procurement constraints.
Public records and research sources can change as new material is published or corrected. A screenshot may show an earlier version.
Check the source, publication date and filters in Pulse. Saved briefings retain their own context; recheck citations before reusing them.
No. Axiom aims to present information neutrally and does not endorse parties or candidates.
If a result looks wrong or is being presented as an endorsement, email support with a screenshot and the filters you used.
Terminal uses an account email and organisation membership. Historical mobile records may include profile demographics and account-linked poll responses. See our privacy information and contact us about access or deletion.
A previous mobile installation may retain preferences, onboarding drafts, and a local vote-history cache on your device. Service logs such as IP address and request metadata may be kept to operate the service.
The full list is in the privacy policy.
Email support@pulseuk.app from the address associated with the account. Say whether you want a copy, a correction, or deletion, and whether you mean the app, Terminal, or both.
We may need to verify identity before acting. App and Axiom accounts are handled separately.
No. Axiom is intended for adults aged 18 or over. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
If you believe a child has an account, email a privacy request so we can delete it.
We do not sell personal data, and we do not use third-party advertising SDKs for tracking.
Axiom may use service providers to operate the product. Those processors and your rights are described in the privacy policy.
Consultancy helps political teams build the polling operations, data models, and briefing workflows behind a difficult choice. The work starts with the decision, not with a dashboard.
The usual handover is a traceable evidence model and a method the team can keep running. Read how an engagement is structured.
Email support@pulseuk.app with the decision, the owner, the audience, the geography, and the deadline. Say what “good enough to brief” means for that room.
Do not attach confidential source files, private datasets, or credentials to the first message. We will ask for a safer route if the work requires them.
Email support@pulseuk.app with your outlet or organisation, the deadline, and what you need.
For a quote about app results, include the question wording, window, geography, and the participating-user limitation you intend to publish.
Most access problems are the wrong product, the wrong account, or a missing organisation membership.
Include the product, the account email, the page URL, the action you tried, any visible error text, and the scope, window, or constituency if relevant. A screenshot helps when it does not expose secrets.
For a billing request, include the organisation name and approximate transaction date.
Never send a password, session cookie, API key, or authentication token. Do not send confidential source material or private datasets to the public support address.
If a screenshot would reveal those, crop it. We will never ask you to paste a password into email.
Email support@pulseuk.app from the account you use, or another address if you are locked out, and say so. Include the page URL and the error text.
Open the Axiom portal to choose a product, or open Pulse directly at terminal.pulseuk.app after you have an organisation.
The mobile voting product and first-party poll results are being retired. Read the retirement notice. Terminal research, saved briefings and support for historical data requests remain available.
No. Former mobile accounts and Axiom accounts are separate even if the email matches. We do not merge them automatically.
Data requests must say which product you mean. Privacy and deletion for the app do not delete Terminal, and the reverse is also true.
