What Pulse is for
Pulse is not a news feed. It is a place to notice what moved in Parliament and in constituencies, test whether the movement is material, and leave a record of the evidence, dates, assumptions, and limitations beside the recommendation.
Live access stays at terminal.pulseuk.app. The intended product host pulse.pulseuk.app is recorded for a later dual-accept cutover. This page does not change that cutover.
Evidence and citations
Official records, constituency sources, and research citations stay inspectable. Pulse does not flatten a chain of sources into a confident paragraph. A reviewer remains between the analysis and the room that has to act.
Advisory
Consultancy is a Pulse delivery motion, not a fourth product. When a team needs a polling operation, a data model, or a briefing workflow built around a named decision, that work is scoped as Pulse advisory. It starts with the decision, hands over a method, and keeps provenance.
