Security and data

Clear answers about your data.

This page states what we can verify today and what we have not published. It is not a certification pack, and it does not invent an SLA.

Implemented today

Login, membership and product grants.

Pulse uses Authentik email login. Passwords are not stored in Axiom’s application database. Organisation membership and product grants decide which workspaces a person can enter.

The Axiom portal shows the products assigned to an organisation. That is an access boundary, not a promise that every employee can see every record.

Published facts

What we will put in writing.

Identity and access

Pulse uses Authentik email login. Organisation membership and product grants decide which workspaces a person can enter. Passwords are not stored in Axiom’s application database.

Data storage and processing

Ask us about hosting, subprocessors and the processing map for your organisation.

AI data handling

Ask Pulse works inside a Pulse workspace with a monthly usage allowance. Across the suite, people review sources and approve the next step.

Export and deletion

Request Pulse account export or deletion at support@pulseuk.app. Mobile-app records are separate from Pulse workspaces.

Support

Write to support@pulseuk.app. We will tell you how we support your team.

Export and deletion

Ask support. Do not assume a self-serve pack.

Pulse account export or deletion requests go to support@pulseuk.app. Mobile-app records are separate from Pulse workspaces. Broader export formats, timings and cancellation terms for the wider suite are not published as guaranteed product behaviour yet.

Not yet published

Assurances we will not invent.

  • No SOC 2 report is claimed.
  • No ISO 27001 certificate is claimed.
  • Hosting regions and a complete subprocessor map are not published as a finished pack.
  • There is no invented status board or uptime percentage on this site.
  • Encryption, backup and incident-communication detail belong in a reviewed assurance pack, not in guessed marketing copy.

If you need those answers for procurement, write to us. We will say what is implemented and what is not, rather than filling the gaps with decorative shields.
